who is renue for?

Revnue is designed for independent cafe owners and hospitality operators (restaurants, deli's) who want better visibility over their numbers without needing an accountant every week.

If you’re busy, working long hours and unsure where profit is leaking, Revnue is built for you.

How much does it cost?

Revnue is only $20 a week, billed monthly at $86.67 This will get you up a running for single location tracking. Additional locations are only $10 per week! There are no lock-in contracts.

is revnue accounting software?

No. Revnue is not accounting software like Xero or MYOB.

It is a cashflow management and margin control tool. It gives you real-time clarity over food cost, labour, expenses and supplier spend so you can make faster operational decisions.

You can still use your existing accountant and accounting system alongside Revnue.

how does your Autocapture feature work?

Each café gets a unique email address (for example: yourcafe@invoices.revnue.au).

Your suppliers email PDF invoices to that address.

Revnue automatically reads the invoice, detects the supplier and amount, and suggests the correct category.

You review and approve it in seconds.

Nothing is auto-posted without your confirmation.

Revnue focuses on margin control and cost visibility.

Future integrations may include POS and accounting sync, but the core strength of Revnue is giving you operational clarity without overcomplicating your system.

how long does it take to setup?

You’ll enter your key suppliers, wages and expenses, and you’ll immediately start seeing a clearer picture of your margins.

what happens after my free trial?

If you start with a 14 day trial, your subscription automatically begins at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time.
